My self jagannath sahu, s/o: sibabrata sahu, at:brahman mani jori, po:rahania, ps: mahanga, dist:cuttack, pin:754204, i am using reliance network since last 10 years, but now i have not get signal properly so that i want to port out this no to other but i am not get upc as follow the processes "port [protected] send to 1900" please sir help me and your customer care not respond. Error massage : insufficient balance please recharge you account avail this service, how ever my balance is 20 above rupees.
