Trai — reinstallation | |||
Hi, my registered mobile number is [protected], I have placed a request on 27th May for reinstallation however till now nothing happened. Customer service team is very very poor in query resolution any time you call they have only answer "after 96 hours". 2-3 times of 96 hours has been passed but still I did not get my dish TV fix. Can someone tell me weather it is possible or not so that I will see another option. Yes TV not installed but they are changing penalty fees, late recharge fees, etc... I am really fed-up with the poor service they are providing. Also getting frustrated as there is no single source to whom I can reach out for resolution. Hoping for best results...
