Trai — reliance broadband | |||||
I have been having problems with my reliance broadband prepaid connection and this is the second time services have been disrupted. Previously it was out of service for 4 days and now it has been out of service for 7days. I registered a complaint after being kept on hold for an hour on 24 august and again to ask what had been done to address my complaint they said it had been resolved. The service providers themselves decided that it was a technical is issue and has been resolved noone even came to ask about the internet or see had it even started. I again called staying on hold for 40mins this time and lodged a new complaint today and still there has not been any resolution. There is no internet service from 19 august am i paying a month to live without internet half of the time? And all they say at offices is register complaint at customer care who are too lazy to even pick up calls. Is my time and money so worthless that i spend so much of it on such petty issues?
