[Resolved] Trai — reliance communications/mobile postpaid billing dispute | |||||
Dear sir, I have been using reliance mobile services since last more than a decade and opted postpaid plan namely rtspecialcombo249 since last more than a year but my current bill is showing different plan which i have never opted. When i requested to revise my bill as well plan, they tried to convinced me and advocated that, 'although its more expensive but we think it is more better than previous plan,." I m customer, i have to pay my bill, i have to use services, i know about my usage pattern etc, obviously, only i have right to decide which plan is good for me.
