Trai — reliance is not porting my number

I have a reliance phone with number [protected]. Now since reliance is shutdown its services i have requested for porting my number to another network. Till now it is not possible and no porting code is generated. I am tired of runningi to thier offices from 3 months.
I am a doctor and lot of patients have my phone number but now with this non portability it has put me and patients in a fix.
Please help in retaining this same number and help me porting this number to another network
