Trai — reliance number call bar

Sir,
I am a reliance customer, and of late i have changed my service provider through mnp, but i regret to say that, no such technical process have been done by the said service provider whereby i can able to get the the new service. Moreover, no such customer service is available of the said company, please help me i can't get any incoming or outgoing call.
