Trai — reminder 3 complaint regarding selection of pack as per trai | |||
Dear Sir, It's third day I did not get any reply from your side. I had selected my pack as per new guidelines issued By TRAI on dated 01 Feb 2019 on dish tv app my vc no. [protected]. But today I find some north pack is activated by you on my pack which is not selected by me. I am trying to contact on your helpline no. From 2 hours but all in vain. I also sms CALL me on 57575 but no response from your side and also neither dishtv app nor dish tv website is working. I am trying to register my complaint with dish tv but all in vain. I had sent 5 emails to customer care of dish tv and also trying to register my complaint with nodal officer but all in vain. Here i request you kindly look in the matter.
