[Resolved] Trai — reversal amount deducted wrongly | |||
My dth customer id is 33230410. I have an issue that videocon d2h deducted an amount of 735 to 740 approx against the connection i had requested.in-fact, we had paid by cash to their engineer. Now since 10 days i am complaining the same and they after every 24 hrs replied to register complaint again and again. Finally they had intimated on 31st of july that the reversal will be made in 24 hrs. But no amount received in account yet. When i inquire again for the same they are not considering the inquiry and guiding to register the complaint again. This is really frustrating, plz help in reversing my amount. After amalgamation of 2 big communication company than after there network is not work properly like call drop, some time phone show out of network area, some time celphone show full network on screen but try to dial number at that moment get message "you can't do voice call at that moment" Now tell me who is responsible for the same.
