Trai — set top box not receiving signal | |||
My Tata Sky subscriber id no is [protected]. I am not receiving box signal from October 15 th 2019 when i recharged for rs 200. When contacted customer care of tatasky they are telling they will arrange for a technician and they told they will charge rs 150. I am not willing to pay any money. Kindly send technician at free of cost and set right issue or refund my rs 200 so that I can switch to other operators who are providing better services than you. Awaiting your early reply.
