Trai — shows some error and asking for money

Hi we have recently recharged our account[protected] with amount of 400 and our dish was working fine. Now all of a sudden it gives an error message 04-4: Smart Card Not Inserted Properly & when called customer care they cannot the resolve the problem and ask is for an engineer visit. However Videocon home channel are showing but for all other it's showing error. I do not wish to pay this 200 since that is completely not a problem from us as a consumer we understand to pay when it is unnecessary this is something should be handled by them.
