Trai — Solve my networking problem on urgent basis. | |||||
Hello Sir, This is Karan Verma from House No. 1125, Sector 23 B, Chandigarh. The connection is on my name [protected]. I am really very very frustrated with connecting service. Sir Story behind is that I have started a new connection 9 months ago. Since the day of installation connection is not working, Many times complained to your customer portal for solve my technical problems. Still, there is no permanent solution from your side. I must say I had made mistake to take a connection from connecting. I am still requested to your customer portal to solve my networking issue but nobody comes to my home till two days and this problem after four days generated. 2. I need a serious reply from your side and I want to disconnect my internet connection, in that case, I will not pay any bill which is sent by you to us that is sure from my side. because the net is not working since the day of month June so i am not liable to pay any bill. Sir from above letter also forward to connect broadband technical service team but no one reply me and any telephonically sms, So I requested to you please take serious action against connecting broadband porivate ltd company so that nobody furstrated about delay in work by these compaines.
