Trai — suspension charge deduction without information, unethical behaviour of customer care executives | |||
I am the user of airtel dth since march, last year. My airtel account number is [protected]. Whenever i approached to know about charges and packages offered by them, customer care executives always misled me and mis-behaved with me. They always suggested me the wrong channel packages and influenced me to buy that pack only where they can meet their targets and earn incentives..."there is no transparancy regarding charges..." Today, my airtel dth account gets suspended due to low balances... When i enquired to customer care executives, they told me that your account has been suspended due to low balance and rs.15/- is the penalty to activate your account. When i asked them, "how can you deduct penalty without giving information" & "why didn't you provide receipt for that penalty"... Their answer was "aise hi hota hai"... Sabhi clients ka deduct hota hai... Aap kyu puch rahe hai... Iski koi information kahi bhi nahi hai...& then they disconnected my phone without saying anything. These replies were in loud voice... I felt that they are shouting on me to accept these charges and do not call for any clarification further. When i called them again... Second executive replied in the same way and same statements and disconnected my phone, & i called them 4-5 times and each and every time i got the same reply. They harrassed me so mently that now i am not able to concentrate on my personal cum professional life. I am getting irritation on any small situations. I am feeling that i have become short tempered now. As we all know that tv has a vital role in providing entertainment to our society, you are watching your favourite movie/drama and suddenly your account has been suspended... As a consumer, i am feeling cheated by airtel... And i believe that i am not the single one who is facing this kind of situations I am requesting you to intervene in this and make them ready to refund all my charges. Secondary, i want 5 years free subscriptions of airtel dth or rs. 100000/-against mental harrassment. Seeking your involvement in this.
