Trai — tata sky is not shorting subscriber problem

We are regular customer and paying monthly payment. But company setup box is not working properly. We had camplain several time. Some timetatasky had sent us technical staff and charge us for camplain. But problem is persisting till date.
We are very unhappy for this type service.
Please take needful action for service provider.
