Trai — tata sky service .non implementation of trai rules

I am a Tata Sky cable subscriber.I am yet to receive any response for my question as to when they are going to implement TRAI rules..Tatasky customer care centre is not responding properly.TataSky is not ready to resolve this issue in the near future.They are of opinion that TRAI has extended the time limit.PL help.They are collecting same amount .
