Trai — technical problem-cable channels not able to view

I am holding hathway cable tv, but unable to view channels
Lat viewed on 14th may 2019, and from 15th to 17th may we are not able to view channels
Getting error message - technical problem (Unable to receive signals), regarding this issue we raised complaint to local cable operator / person who use to collect the money regularly, he is not responding properly
Hence sent email to hathway team, nodal office as well but no response from them email ids
