Trai — transferring call from one department to another | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I am a availing Services of Videocon D2h from many years. As per new TRAI guidelines I can chose channels/packages of my choice but I am not able to do so either by their site or call centre since site is not working and customer care number is also not working. I have sent them several mails regarding the same but there is no resolution provided by them till date and they r charging very high amount for the services. My name is Nilam and my D2h ID is[protected] Even I tried calling to customer care several times but they ignoring it and keep transferring the call to one department to another. Tried more than 5 times everyday for past 3 days. Request your urgent intervention regarding this matter like me there must be thousand of customer who will be suffering.
