Trai — unable to do first recharge

I changed my airtel circle from mumbai to chennai, but unable to do first recharge like 197, 297, 497, 647.
I am raising the complaint via airtel store as well customer care 25th dec 2019 to the till date 03 jan 2020, but they keep on close my complaint without any feedback from my end.

Airtel has stopped my incoming and outgoing services, due to that i lost my business, also i got penalty for my personal payments.

Kindly, help me to resolve this issue.

Updated by govind.dce08 Still now, My problem hasn't been solved, customer care they keep on saying within 24hrs will fix this issue but didn't.

Kindly support me to fix this issue.
