Trai — unauthorised charges on the bill

Its has been in oct 17 that i had asked the airtel guys for a 399 plan which got changed in march, and they have charged me the all these months incorrectly by not changing my plan,

The recovery dept called me and wasted my 3 months and told me that they will give me a waiver, but nothing happened,

Anam from recovery - but recently she has blocked my number and is not answering the calls

I went to the gallery, they noted the complain said we will resolve this in 10 days, but not ready to help

Requesting you to please look into the same as it is my official number which has been disconnected and charges are just going up
