Dear sir, I lodged a complaint with dish tv company for non-functioning dish tv antenna/receptor on 20th july, 2019 in respect of my dish set top box no [protected] but till a lapse of 12 days the problem has not been resolved despite reapeated request who only give me sugarplated assurances to resolve the problem.
