Trai — unwanted channels broadcasting

I have selected ala carta pack. That means only selected channel will be avavailble to watch as well as trai has also regulated like wise.
But airtel used to show some particular chaneel (Ndtv) without my consent.

Therefore it is just breach of my privacy and violation of rule specified by trai.

I request to take strict action in regard to grievance
And my money should be refunded (1000 times more than acctual) if charged other than selected channel.
