Respected sir, pl refer vc no [protected] P and [protected] C i have recharged both vc's for 1 year in April 2018 with switch off date of 14/06/2019. however i found that it is reduced to 20/05/2019. i have neither received phone call from dish TV nor any communication from your end regarding new packages selection or changing new date. this date has been changed without my knowledge and consent. I would like to continue with the earlier package till 14/06/2019 which is switch off date. as per your guide lines Dish tv should continue the service till the contract period. i have already raised my concern with dish tv, however they refused my request. pl do the needful immediately.
