Trai — vc[protected] -8 / payment done on 24 march 2019 yet to activate

Dear team,

I have done payment for activation on march 24 -2019.

And i am begging the siti team for activation.

Siti team not activing the vc card or not even refunding my fund.

And more over asking me repay the mount at loc and get it activated.

Pls find the details of online payment transaction details.

I don't know how siti team will compensate for the month loss to me.
