[Resolved] Trai — videocon d2h channels selection process | |||
Hi trai team, As per your guidance, every user has to select individual channels so that only required channels can be opted. However, on videocon d2h website - 1) first thing is under individual channels selection; not all channels are listed 2) if we go for combo packs then also none of the combo pack is having all channels 3) channels name are also not in sych in all given options. For example, under platinum combo channel name is "rishety cineplex". However, under individual channel selection; same channel is with different name i. E. "colors cineplex". Please refer attached image on this also. 4) need to have all channel names same through out all given option 5) due to this; unnecessarily additional charges are added to plan as d2h provider do not have any process where if one channel is selected multiple times then charges for only one selection can be charged. 6) after submitting the selected channels option; the changes not get reflected in hours & worst part is the running channel got switched-off and after calling customer care; received response that it will take min. 10 to max. 24 hours time to get the channel available again as per selected options. Please assist to get such basic things sorted at earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
