[Resolved] Trai — videocon d2h customer care cheating | |||
On 13th may 2019 i lodged a complaint with videocon d2h for signal being not available in my tv. They said me to wait for 96 hours for engineer to visit my house. After 96 hours no engineer visited my residence and on again calling 15th may they said in 24 hours engineer will visit. But still no engineer visited my place and since then i am calling everyday for the problem but there is no response from their side. On 20th may i had again a conversation with the customer care but they raised their hand and said they can't help me in any way, They are also not providing me any details on how to disconnect their service. I have the call recording conversation with the customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||
