Trai — videocon d2h faulty service | |||
I am a user of videocon d2h. My d2h connection just recently got lost as in the channels weren’t visible. I requested an engineers visit who arrived after 24h hrs and did some kind of temporary repairs. Just 1 day after the system was down again. After this i have conplained 3 times in d2h and no visit or action has been taken. They have a 24 hrs policy to resolve but its been past 100 hrs the complain is still not resolved and i haven’t received any cals or support from d2h. Please register a complain.
