Trai — videocon d2h has stopped signals total blackout | |||
I m a d2h customer. My d2h id is 34067991. Videocon has stopped showing the channels, saying that my balance is finished. Whereas i have 2188rs balance as per the same d2h account balance menu. They have also not started my plan as i have booked in the month of jan 2019. Their phone nos are always busy. I have 2 tv connections at my home. When i called them in jan for 2nd connection, they said for 2nd connection they will take plan in feb, 2019. And now they have stopped services. Now it's total blackout. Today afternoon some channels have been started. Blackout is withdrawn. But my given plan still has not been started. Customer care is saying that there is some technical problem . IInd tv plan has not been accepted yet by videocon.
