Trai — videocon d2h has suspended operations without notice | |||
Dear sir / madam, I have paid my monthly prepaid bill of rs. 1100/- but found that the dth service provider has suspended operations since yesterday. After several attempts would connect the call centre but they seemed to be helpless and without any clue of resolution from their authorities. Even their website www.d2h.com is not working. Seems i have been cheated by videocon d2h. I have the call recording and screen shot of the website. My consumer number is 4766031. Please help.
