Trai — videocon d2h misleading customers with false information and stealing money

On 19 jan 2019 i called vedeocon d2h customer service guy and asked how much i need to pay till feb 1st 2019, so he told me to pay 100 rs (Including gst) for total of 12 days as trai rules will change from feb 1st. So i paid 100 rs recharge, and i got message that i can get channels only till 27th jan 2019.

I registered complaint immediately on customer service guy for giving me false information. But till today there is no reply for that. They disconnected on 26th jan, when i called again on 26th jan they said they deducted 15 rs for disconnection fees, which is a fraud, so i raised complaint then they returned 15rs back and it got deducted automatically and gave me 1/4th day to view tv on 27th jan.

When i asked about what happened to my 100 rs, they blocked my number. I registered more than 6 complaints till today, but there is no call back, insted they blocked all numbers.

Customer service of d2h were saying trai cannot do anything or consumer court also cannot do anything, in between they activated some kids channel which i did not even ask for and increased my 330 rs package to 372 rs package which is a fraud again, so i have to raise another complaint.

In between, each customer service guy gives different different information which doesnt match with other, they disconnect the phone in between. Some keep on hold for 15 minutes or so and disconnect. I want you to listen to all call recordings which happened from 19 jan 2019 to 4 feb 2019 how much d2h is doing fraud.

Now coming day, on feb 1st i selected a package in online d2h site and submitted for the price of 292 rs, when i called customer service thats can i pay the ammount, they said price is 380 rs which is wrong again. So i called again customer service guy then other person says there is no request placed.

So i placed another request on feb 1st, which 3 of the customer service people could not find, on 4th call the guy found it and said they will activate in 2hours for the price of 284.47 rs, after 2 hours i dont get any message, so called again, same asked me to wait 2 hours more and said price is 295 rs, and when i asked why he changed price, he says it shows like that in his system, so i wait for 2 days more and call again the guy says to wait 5 hours on feb 3rd

Later i called 3 times one telugu guy lifts the phone and says he is busy and could not give any service or he cannot even say his name, he told it is not his work to help customers or he dont even know how to check what is there in system, 3 times the same guy picks the phone. He kept my phone number in blocked.

On feb 4th 2019 when i called another customer service guy said me to wait 5 hours to activate, but till now nothing is activated. I registered soo many complaints on the false customer service guys but there is no response from d2h.

None of them is resolved till now. Worst service till now i have ever seen is by videocon d2h

And my channel request sr no:[protected] with ammount 284.47 rs is not activated till now and every time they keep changing price as they wish.

I am fed up of this type of service by d2h
