Trai — videocon d2h - not giving channels based on subscription | |||
Videocon d2h is not giving the channels which i chose. I am owning a package star hindi telugu value pack2 - in this package i am getting the telugu channels but i am not getting the hindi channels in this package. Customer care is charging 200 extra for service charges if they are taking a complaint. Part of the channels are coming and rest of all are not coming. Customer care services are worst and irresponsible in resolving the customer requirements. Please take necessary action. Was this information helpful? | |||
