[Resolved] Trai — videocon d2h - often issues | |||
I am Videocon d2h customer fro last 7+ years. There is often issues in signal from service provider. If I call customer care for issues resolution, there are doing something from there end and asking for engineer visit for resolution. Each time engineer visit cost ₹200/- . If issue found in STB again it's costs @ ₹400-₹500/- for new one. The engineer visit fee is valid for one month only. Again if there is problem in next month again they ask for engineer visit and charge ₹200/-. This is how they cheat customers.
