Trai — videocon d2h relocation concern | |||
I am using Videocon D2H service provider since last 10 Years. Placed a request for relocation on 9th June and till now the relocation is not yet done. Everyday i am calling multiple times to customer care and Nodal Office and the issue is not yet resolved. My Customer ID is "48541663". Videocon D2H doesn't care about the customers and they are literally torturing. Was this information helpful? | |||

We would like to inform you that relocation visit was arranged at your premises but you were not having spare- foot mount for installation. Requesting you to arrange the same to get the installation completed.
