Trai — videocon d2h service-improper fees | |||
Hi, We have opted for videocon telecommunications for our d2h and requested a pack for sun tamil prime which comprises of 9 channels. Out of which only 3 channels are coming for us. When we contact customer service, they are asking us to refresh few times. Then if it still not working, asking us to log complaints with the service charge of rs.200. An engineer came to our home and said it is rectified. But later we got to know that he changed the plan to tamil gold prime pack which costs 325rs. When we contacted customer care again, they asked to reset the packs by deleting existing packs and asked us to add the bouquets again. So we did the same yesterday and now facing same issue and asking us to log complaints which costs rs.200 again within 10 days of time. Kindly check why they are charging more and tricking us by saying some reasons and we spent around 500rs in 10days. I don't feel this is the right way to deal with customers.
