[Resolved] Trai — videocon d2h service not given while balance dedicated for christmas consumer no:[protected] | |||
Hi, I am using d2h service of videocon from last 2 years and i have updated my pack as per trai regulations but the service has not been resumed yet and after calling to customer care number from yesterday they ask me to wait for 2 hour while i have called them around 17-18 times and everytime they use to say the same thing. And my balance is deducted continuously from my monthly pack of around rs.750. Such kind of issues i am facing from last three months earlier to this service was stopped by mentioning the reason that card is not properly inserted (This is inbuilt d2h) or bad network due to bad weather or signal problem while everything was same. Hence i request you to take toughest action against such fraudulent activity. As my money is being deducted unnecessary from last three months while they are not rendering services properly.
