Trai — vodafone customer service | |||
Hello, my name is rahul tripathi. I am vodafone postpaid service user and my number is [protected]. On aug 14, i went to vodafone store, west patel nagar and applied to switch my number from postpaid to prepaid. A service number[protected] was given. I also paid my bill with ₹50 processing fee. From then to today i am given many service number as[protected],[protected]. I am not told about issues regarding my application even i have provided my alternate number to them. Many customer care executives replied me unsatisfactory and never call back after promises to call back. So, i am totally faded up with all these consequences as a bill is also generated for the cycle and not even told about the issues. Do we customers have only option to run as they want?
