Trai — vodafone excess billing mobile no [protected] | |
I have received bills as per rental plan of 150+35 for sms = 185 for the period upto 24.01.19. Suddenly vodafone sent the bill for the period 25.1.19 - 24.2.19 with rental of 334 less 35 discount net 284. I have asked vodafone to issue corrected bill as per my earlier tariff of 185 they are not replying nor amending the wrong bill raised by them. Please inform vodafone to amend the wrong bill raised by them. Was this information helpful? | |
