Trai — vodafone prepaid no [protected]

I have vodafone prepaid connection. I have network problem. Network come and goes. So i am not happy with company's services.
Therefore i tried to port. I wanted send porting msg. But msg failed and failed again and again. Other all the msg are delivered but not to 1900.
I complained to company but no response yet.
Please sought out the issue. Or show me other to port out.
