Trai — vodafone/billing, misinformation and averting resolution | |||
I was on 98rs monthly rental plan with Vodafone along with this I was paying 650rs for 10gb data, later I changed my monthly rental plan to 699rs as advised by Vodafone customer care executive, i was misinformed that my monthly rental will only be 699rs, however I was been kept on dual plan and was been charged for two plans that is 699rs+650rs for 3 months, even when I have asked the executive to cancel my previous plan. I have raised a complaint regarding same stating that, There has been an ongoing billing issue and the customer service executives kept on telling me for three months that I will receive a call within 24 hours which again is wrong information as I never have been contacted for the issue by Vodafone. The complaint is under the name Sanjiv Gotmare, where I was charged 650 for 3 billing cycles for wrong information provided to me on the call that I made on the 9 July 2017. I was promised numerous times since then that the call will be reviewed and I will be given proper resolution in this case but nothing of the sort has happened. The complaint number is[protected].
