Trai — weak data signal and voice call drop issue pending for 10 days with airtel appellate authority mob no [protected]/[protected] | |||
I have put a complaint of weak data signal with customer care and appellate authority of airtel since last 10 days. I must have given attest 4 to 5 complaints to customer. Rtcare all of which have been fraudenyly closed by airtel without the issue being resolved and without my consent. Matter has been escalated to appellate authority too but all i get standard email replies that matter has been taken up with technical team and wait for another 48 hours. I have got 3 such emails in last one week. Nobody seems to b interested in resolving the matter and no sense o[censored]rgency is shown. Airtel is claiming to b fastest 4g service provider and talks about open network. Now where is all that claim. Why is trai not taking legal action. I want a resolution from airtel by tomorrow on both data and voice call issue faced at godbunder road, thane and anjurphata, bhiwandi location. Dear Sir, this is Rajarao from Vizianagaram, AP. Last month 07/07/2017 on paid Rs.529/- through PayU.in to GTPL.IN but not received them. But I got received mail to payment successful. After 4days I got a call from GTPL.in your payment pending on hear after 1week you get it back. But I'm not received today onwards.
