Trai — withdrawal of mobile call seconds

Dear sir/madam,
I have recharged rs 39/- for call minutes of idea karnataka on 16.11.2017 as per my offers available for my idea no & i received around 2400 minutes after recharge rest minutes within 2 days but on 05.12.2017 my call minutes were taken back when the last date was 13.12.2017 and on 11.12.2017 i received message from the company that my call minutes will expire on 12.12.2017 at 23:59, kindly do the needful asap
