Dear TRAI, I am facing lot of problem with my videocon d2h. i have recharged it with 500rs but no able to watch any channel and all the money ended without watching any tv channel after they again told me to recharge 316.80/- rs. What happens to my 500rs? they don't know the answer of this. Customer id[protected] Customer Name- Pankaj Pandey I have recharged my account with 500rs and I am unable to watch any tv channels from 1/02/2019 then can you please tell what happens to my 500rs? And if I again recharged it with 316 rs then I don't think so that I will able to watch any tv channel again. I don't think so that I can continue with videocon d2h. Still there is no message of insufficient balance on screen. Channel is not subscribed message coming on the screen. Still there is the 144.64 rs balance is showing in the My account. End of subscription date is 2/04/2019. [protected] customer care number automatically got disconnected or if they picked up the phone they took on hold after some time phone automatically disconnected. Please help..
