Trai — you broadband services
I have taken broadband connection of you broadband prior to 15 days back and they have committed to fix router in one week but almost 15 days passed away but not getting any response from them and making false commitment only. Request for your interviance. You broadband account no 1682747. Mobile no. [protected]. Need urgent resolution else need to disconnect service and refund my all payments. As i have done so many follow up and also mark complaints to model officer but not getting any proper response
