I got a call claiming that they are calling from HDFC bank and they are offering Discount card based on my CC transactions. They said I will get 20% OFF on everything wherever they accept VISA Debit/Credit card.

Their company name is TRANSDEALS currently using the name JUST HOLIDAYS, they are the no. 1 well established fraud company. They didn't tell their company name until I made the payment of Rs 7890 via online. They did not allowed me to think and kept pushing me until I made the payment.

Only when I received the kit, I realized that this is not from HDFC bank and called them right away and asked for the refund. I told them I never used this card even once, even I didn’t register the card in your website and asked for the refund and to take back the kit which was sent.
After two weeks of multiple calls, all my efforts ended in vain. I really don’t believe that a group of people like this exist just to cheat people on their hard earned money in professional way.

Please do something and take legal action against them as I don't want others to get cheated like me

They said I will get 20 percent OFF on everything for lifetime wherever they accept VISA Credit card both online and offline along with food voucher coupons, a holiday package, Religare insurance checkup, and a Jordan leather belt and watch set if I pay an amount.
I was not able to avail any discount.

I received the call from them, saying its a discount card and it will get upto 20% discount from almost every online websites, but now after researching a bit, i find out that its a fraud company, card is absolutely worthless

I recently received a call claiming that they are calling to offer benefits on my Kotak credit card based on my credit card transactions and my continuous association with the bank. They said I will get 30 percent OFF on everything for lifetime wherever they accept VISA Credit card both online and offline along with food voucher coupons, a holiday package, Religare insurance checkup, and a Jordan leather belt and watch set if I pay an amount of 8500. They were very convincing, and I availed the offer. I thereafter received a payment URL via Razorpay gateway, I questioned them why the payment method is not via Kotak Bank mobile application, on that they said that the offer is not for marketing Kotak but in fact is offered from Visa service department and hence it appears different. I made the payment and waited for the email confirmation. The email confirmation that I received was from an email (services.[protected]@gmail.com). The domain extension was not from visa or kotak and not even from a proper company and it is then that I realized that I have been scammed. I have researched a lot about this offer and came to know their company name is TRANSDEALS currently using the name PERFECT VALUE and that they are the no. 1 fraud company. They didn't tell me their company name until I made the payment of Rs 8500 online. They did not allow me to think and kept pushing me until I made the payment. I have blocked my credit card and observed that there are several people who have been similarly scammed by them.

When I confirmed with my band, they mentioned that they cannot do anything about the money that has been debited and neither can stop the settlement. The settlement has not been completed yet from the bank’s end as per the latest update.

They called me saying that they are calling me through HDFC credit card..i avoided there calls but they kept on calling me till i said yes n made payment of Rs.8613 ..which they said govt duty ..but whenever i go to use card this card shows no discount ..useless card i request you to look in to matter n help in getting refund

I got call from transdeal, they offered an addon card for my existing Axis credit card, they charged 6990₹ for that card and said you will recieve complimentary gifts and card within 3 weeks.I found it was fraud, please help me and solve my issue

They tell u that u are getting a discount card on your credit card and u need to cary that with u while u do any transaction from your credit card so that merchant will provide u 30% discount on it.. I received a card from them with some cheap shoes and wallet.. they charge me 8990 for that and told me that i have to pay it in 3 instalment..card i received is just a dummy card o[censored]se ..

muze 27 September call aaya discount card ke liye. axis bank se bol raha hu kunal sharma.kuch bhi shopping ke bills, hotel ka bils, health check up apko 30% discount milega.
mere credit card turant funds debit ho gaye. aur muze kaha gaya EMI me convert ho jayega lekin aisa kuch bhi nahi hua. 8990 ka transaction hua hai. Please help me.

This company under elevate services from delhi have called me and I formed that I have been given offer of discount card which can be used at online and offline store.
They asked me to pay 8950 RS and I have paid the same online through my credit card EMI as per their request.
But actually they are fraud. I have seen many complaints against them.

Actually I received such card which doesn't provide any offer. Also their website don't show any offer as mentioned on their leaflets

Such a cheater company..dont do this money fraud with anyone..people EARN money with their hardwork and there are people like u who are do## fraud..each n every fraud u are do## vl definately come back to u some day...## this transdeal company..its a #### fraud company..if anyone gets a call jst dont #### reply to them..### cheaters

One person contacted me from this organization and told me that there is a credit card of kotak bank if you are interested in credit card then you will have to pay Rs. 7999 for a lifetime fee and you will be eligible for 20% discount on online shopping for lifetime. After that the person makes me type my existing credit card details on this number [protected]
And Rs. 7999 got deducted.
But when i received the parcel, there is no credit card only few items like watch, purse, belt and shoes and one discount card available and validity of that card is also 1 year and when i am trying to use that card there is no option on that card to avail 20% discount.
Sir, i am requesting here to initiate a refund for my payment id.
The person who have contacted me and gave me wrong information his mobile number is [protected] and his name is Dev Chaudhary. Now Dev Choudhary is not picking up my call.
He told me that he is from kotak bank.

Mujhe call aya tha or bola k hum axis bank credit card department se bat kr rahe hai or apako ek discount card offer kiya jata hai pr wo discount card useless hai kahi use nai hota that's way mujhe mere money wapis chahiye

I received a call from the AXIS credit card 09/04/2021 who offered the discount card.
I made payment by credit card of Rs 8980 there was a fraud with the credit card.
I was informed that I will be getting 30% discount on all shopping including online shopping such as Amazon, Flipkart etc.
But there is nothing like that.
I tried calling customer care many times but they did not respond and finally when they picked the call they asked to check the booklet.
There is no information in booklet.
I am returning all your products and cards & voucher
Give me my money back.

Firstly, The site given has not given option of Maharashtra location all the promises given by them are totally fraud and have not completed single promise. If we don't get the option of Maharashtra how did they dare to sell us. I have already paid 8500/- and no use of it.
I request you to take some serious actions on this matter or either find the solution of this or kindly help us to get our money back.
Though, I am suffering I request you kindly alert other innocent people from this fraud site.

Cheater people do not cheat anyone like this it hurts when your earned money is being misused by no reason

No service is provided by this company as it was promised to me on call and I really request everyone not to trust this Transdeal.. They are real frauds and refuse to pay me my refund when asked.
