As they were calling for such a worse full coupon and taking money by debiting and when I asked them they said ok app ko customer care number seh bad karloh ?? I need my money refund otherwise I have to take a such dicision .

Received Call from Mr.Atul Sharma +91-[protected] about discount card of Transdeals. But No discount is given in this card while shopping online.
They are making fraud by calling people and asking to make payment against unauthorised products. He have again called me after One year and told me that i will get my Money Refund if i don't want to use the discount card. But again the same amount was debited from my account and Now they are saying that It will Take time for Refund...

So please don't entertain such kind of People.

The person called and told that they are calling from axis bank and going to deduct money from account as the service is activated. I am not interested in this deal still they were forcing. I want my money back.

They claimed to provide offers and deals which is completely false. they charge Rs. 8000 from customers and they say will be sending gifts which are complete trash. I need my money back.

I received a call from the kotak bank 29/07/2020 who offered the discount card.
Payment made by credit card rs 8890 there was a fraud with the credit card
It was said that 1 year d mart or big bazaar purchase will get 30% off.
And online shopping sites such as amazon flipkart.
Thirty percent off if card number is entered
But there is nothing like it.
If you want to talk to a customer service officer, they say check the booklet. But we did not get the booklet and no any gift found
I am returning all your products and cards & voucher
Give me my money back.
Otherwise i am filing your complaint to the consumer court.

Please sir, transdeal ka card milane ke bad mein jo guideline book mein dekha gaya aur mere ko customer care mein jo bhi bataya hai sab kuchh galat bataya gaya hai. Customer care se jo bhi batchit hui hai hamari pahle se lekar ab tak ke hamesha mujhe 20% discount ka bataya gaya tha abhi main dekh raha hun bigbajar mein 5% discount de raha hai flipkart mein3% discount de raha hai amazon3% discount de raha hai. Aur customer care sa bataya gaya hai aap jab purchase karenge to use main aapka payment liya jaega jis main are purchase nahin karenge us mahine ka payment aapka liya nahin jayaga fir bhi ek sal mein pura payment karbaya hai. Customer care main jis din meri baat hui thi use din mere ko bataya gaya aap yes bola hai iske baje se aapko lena padega aur nahin lena chata ho firvi 8500 avob ka payment credit card mein a jaega mujhe majbur ho ke usko payment karna pada aur address verifier ke liye mere ko bataya gaya address dekhne ke bad mere ko email mein vah khud customer care se batane ke bad mein i am confirm bolane ke liye bataya gaya jo address aapka sahi hai ya nahin hai.
Mujhe 20% discount na milne ke baje se aur mere ko jo bhi bataya gaya hai customer care to usmein main santusht na hone ki vajah se main apna yah cancel karna chahta hun am jo bhi payment kiya hai mere ko refand karne ka kripa karen.. Aur mere se jis customer care se batchit hui hai uska koi galat paya gaya hai to uske naam se anushasan karyvahi karne ka kripa karen.

Their company name is transdeals currently using the name deals way shop, they are the no. 1 well established fraud company. They didn't tell their company name until i made the payment of rs 7899 via online. They did not allowed me to think and kept pushing me until i made the payment.

Only when i received the kit, i realised that this is not from rbl bank...
Please refund money. I have already requested them but they are not even listening anything.

Only when i received the kit, i realised that this is not from rbl bank and called them right away and asked for the refund. I told them i never used this card even once, even i didn’t register the card in your website and asked for the refund and to take back the kit which was sent.
After two weeks of multiple calls, all my efforts ended in vain. I really don’t believe that a group of people like this exist just to cheat people on their hard earned money in professional way.

Please do something and take legal action against them as i don't want others to get cheated like me.

Dear Transdeal Team,

i had purchase this card but card is not valid to purchase anything and anywhere. i was shopping from D-Mart/Big Bazaar/Reliance mart & ETC.
at the time of billing we had spoke to billing person (Cashier) to entered this card no. for discount but after seeing card (Transdel Card) they were laughing on me and saying you are fooled to buy this card and this is not valid for anywhere to get discount by this.
second thing your customer care no. also not valid.

The customer care is very poor and unprofessional. They don't have manners to talk. They can't even talk properly. They are going to trap you by saying that you'll get a discount card which is of no use. And when you'll buy it you'll not get any support from them.

I'm not getting any help for the holiday package provided by them.
Totally fraud company it is.

They are selling cards which fake plastic card and it is of no use.
They called me on behalf of a bank saying that they will provide me credit card that can be used with any online or offline shopping method to get extra discount. They called me several times and warned me to deduct rs. 8750 from my account as they are the bank personnel they've my detail and convinced me to buy their card for rs. 8750.

Today i've become helpless as i've lost my money and this card is of no use. I can't use it with flipkart, amazon or any other famous online or offline shopping merchants.

While selling card they never tell that they are calling from transdeal and they only put their identity as bank employee.

They are the cheaters, liars, fraud people.
They should be punished for these act.
