I got a call claiming that they are calling from hdfc bank and they are offering discount card based on my cc transactions. They said i will get 30% off on everything wherever they accept visa debit/credit card.

Their company name is transdeals currently using the name hdfc bank service department. They also have the banking details of mine. I made the payment of rs 8450 via online the link send by them. They did not allowed me to think and kept pushing me until i made the payment.
I read the different websites & found that these all are scams. Immediately i called to my bank but don't have the information about these. Bank is unable to return the amount.
Please help me.
I really don't believe that a group of people like this exist just to cheat people on their hard earned money in professional way.

Please do something and take legal action against them as i don't want others to get cheated like me.
Please stop these people's & refund the money.

Provided contact number is a valid number, but no one response on phone call or on email.

Not able to activate the provided card.
When tried to activate this it shows the card is not a valid card or you have entered the wrong card number.

While offering the card providing the false information.

Not disclosing the company name while offering.
Fraud calls.
Generating fraud urls to make the payments.

Should band this company.

Please provide the details of your nearest offices/center located nearby cgo complex, lodhi road, new delhi with complete address alongwith contact number so that i can visit the said center for purchasing the items. Request provide the said details on my e-mail id at the earliest id for take necessary action at our end.

Received call from a landline delhi no. [protected], describing me various benefits of the vip discount card at payment of rupees 8999 then he transferred the call saying to office seniors which took around 40 seconds to get connected. The senior person again explain me all the details of the vip card which was a process of around 15 minutes. He also mentioned in the conversation that i am not a fraud company i have called from you from my landline number which is a registered one, then only i got a doubt on them and when i insisted that i will confirm it with my bank and check on your authenticity the person was trying to convince me and not letting me do so and was immediately wanting for my confirmation, but i refused to confirm immediately and within 15 minutes i got a message from my bank regarding the balance which was zero then.

Very strict action should be taken against such fraud companies and should be put in jail for a lifetime

Transdeals helpline are not attending my phone...I want to return the product that I have received on being made a payment of 8449 rupees, otherwise I will complaint on consumer code, I being in Airforce, now put a case in the court against this ...I will give them today last day...if they will not solve my problem...then they will face me with a FIR...ok... I want to return that product...

My self Jitender Gulati, I have received a call from your call center on 24/6/18 in which they have offered me a package of rupees 8996/- for the discount card, puma shoes & wallet. They told me i will get upto 35% extra discount whenever I purchase any thing from any online shopping site. I have ask him if I bought mobile phone from the flip cart than how much discount I will get they said i will get 20% discount on it. So that i had purchased that package. But when i used it i got only 3% discount.
Now i feels cheated by you and i am not happy with your product. So i want to return your package and return my money back.

Hello i a member of your transdeals company. I have some complains-1-i have been given a discount card. The rental of this card rs 7999 has been debited from me at a go which was to be paid on emi basis. Please resolve the matter.2-in the welcome kit, the optima ladies wrist watch has not been received by me. 3-i can't also know how to use the card for purchaseing items through online. For this also i have tried to contact you many times but your representatives have not attended my call and also not helped me in this regard. Please do the needful.

Their company name is transdeals currently using the name just holidays, they are the no. 1 well established fraud company. They didn't tell their company name until i made the payment of rs 8250 via online. They did not allowed me to think and kept pushing me until i made the payment.

Only when i received the kit, i realized that this is not from hdfc bank and called them right away and asked for the refund. I told them i never used this card even once, even i didn’t register the card in your website and asked for the refund and to take back the kit which was sent.
After two weeks of multiple calls, all my efforts ended in vain. I really don’t believe that a group of people like this exist just to cheat people on their hard earned money in professional way.

Please do something and take legal action against them as i don't want others to get cheated like me.

This is a fraud company fooling people by giving discount cards which is of no use, they are looting money by cajouling people by telling them they will get 30 percent discount on online and offline purchases, but as i checked with the off line stores in mumbai its not valid, they told me it is valid allover india, but it's not valid in mumbai, plus they don't reply properly whenever we call them for complaints, even the emails sent to them has bounced back .I want my money back, and the gift which consists of belt, wallet, watch, belt are substandard, in mumbai they cost 1000 rupees,

I too got a call from them today and a lady explaining about the discount card from TRANSDEALS and pushing me to acknowledge for the payment not even give me time to think or decide. When I asked what is the benefit for you guys by providing these features to customer she was explaining that yearly they will get commission from the banks as they were tie up with them. Not even she know to talk in English and only Hindi she knows. I asked her give me time to think of it and if you require give me a call after 30 mins.

Then I searched in Google most of the customers complaints them as Frauds and their review on this ### TRANSDEALS. After 30 mins I got a call from her and I said I dont know hindi talk in english and then asked her dont cheat like this to people however she pretend to be innocent and disconnect the call. Then her senior guy call me which went some hot arguments between me and him. I then told him don't to be ashamed to cheating people like this...don't you have work to do. This ### guy becom harsh and started blackmailing me like you confirmation has been taken and amount will be deducted from you coming bill cycle.

Wow what a world without knowing our knowledge how can he take my money from my account. he cant even pluck my hair. This need to be taken seriously and to teach them a lession, not even single penny will be paid you TRANSDEAL. Beware, if such features giving any companys be sure it is fooling you guys...never go for it !!!

Today I went for shopping in maxx store and when I asked for the discount by showing the discount card. They said that card is not valid. And the same goes when I went in easy buy they also said not valid here. so please tell me that where to use this card and how to use this card so that I can go anywhere and I can shop anywhere which make me use of the card easily

Nearly 10 days before the call received from the genesis consultancy told that your using the credit card for this privilege we offer you the travels, and offer discounts, food voucher, and watch. 8 days later received. And told to the routed all money from the transdeals when i going to purchase it. I got registed my card but till. When i want to test the buy paying the amount rs.500 in relaince mart voucher to gift card its not accepting. And also the website also not secure..

And by seeing many filing compliants aginst this i also like to file the compliant.

Kindly to do the needful. Or i want to intograte the prime minsiter helpline in this case.

In the time of marketing for your card, the executive told that the card will be a life time validity, that you have to pay Rs.5500/-as a life time service Tax, I have asked repeatedly in my conversation with your executive.She said the same thing. But when i receive your card it is mentioned that it is valid upto 01/2019.I thing i have been cheated by your executive, As you people have the full details of My SBI card details, I never expected that being a company having a link with sbi, doing this kind of looting the customers.So i do not need your card, pl take your card back and send the amount Rs.5500/-back.If you do'nt do that i may have to go for legal action action against your executive and your company .expecting your reply soon for further action

I have received the discount card along with other items.
My card no is 99-75444.
I have activated the discount card.
This card is not acceptable in listed departmental stores, it seems.
I had gone to big bazar in navi mumbai on 21/01/2018 and they refused to accept it.
I tried to contact the customer care on following numbers,

I was advised to contact them on other three numbers mentioned but those numbers were always coming busy.
I want that either the card should be accepted in the listed stores or i shoud be refunded my money (Rs 5999/=).
I am ready to return all the items i received along with card.

I got a call from this company claiming that they are calling from kotak credit card. They have made all the false promises of discount card and holidays. I really doubt if all these discounts are valid. Because the brands which are give in there booklet, if we buy with those brand they refuse to accept the card. On calling there customer care they say you will get a voucher if you pay us and you will give he 10%-20% discount. I have paid 8499/- to buy this card and feel today used by these companies.

They told to me, we are calling from sbi, we provide one card along with one card, by using of this card they give a discount 20% for all products of home needs&shopping mall's, flight tickets, hotels and all those things, but that totally fake sir, they are forced to me you told your sbi card number and cvv, i am first time user for using credit card, but these are totally fake sir, please save my money & refund my money... I was paid 6998 from my card. Please return it.

This company is totally fraud... I was not having a bit idea also about ths fraud company. They have called me so many times on behalf of icici. They have taken 8400rs from me nd there promised is totally different when i got my card. The customer care no and email id is also fake no one is replying for call and email. Nd when i went to activate my card in their website it is showing card is not valid. Now i really don't have any idea wat to do with these types of cheater. I seriously need my money back because this card is useless.

Recently i got a call for 4 benefits like transdeal savings card (Which offering me 20% discount on shopping about rs.1200), health check up of one family member, 2 trips of 2 days & 2 nights within one year, one watch o[censored]cb and one wallet o[censored]cb.
After receiving product before activating card i asked for benefits but they are not receiving any call. When i visit their site its not showing any benefit, all are already expired in 2016.
This company is fraud, please don't buy any card from them.
