Travalook — Flight cancelled without any intermittent but refund not received

I have booked the ticket on Travolook website, and thereafter I received a call 5-7 mins later stating that the prices have increased and if I am not paying them ₹1080 they would cancel my ticket... Which they did

Whereas if I see the prices on their website I can see the same price listed that I paid you

I even checked the prices on the website during the call and found the same price that I had paid them. But Ms. Khushboo the executive on the call just denied and said that the price have raised at the time of payment, now it might have come down. I do know that the fight ticket prices are dynamic, but not this dynamic that it would raise within few minutes and come down the other minute.
