I have booked 3 tickets from hyd to goa on 24 feb 2022, paid amount of 67374 with booking reference number REF[protected]
within 5 min of transaction i recieved a call from the customer service stating that fare is hiked is by 20000 and if i do the remaining hike price immediately my ticket would be confirmed for which i rejected.
the customer service personal agreed to cancel my booking as i was not willing to pay the extra amount as i confirmed the amount before making payment for almost 30 min . immediately the canceled ticket was sent to mail .
since then i have been waiting for refund amount .i have sent many mails but all in vain twice i was replied that i will recieve refund in 15 working days.
kindly help me recieve my refund amount as soon as possible
