Dear Team,
I have booked 01 tickets on travolook website from BLR TO DEL dated 02 May 2022,
Then immediately received a call & email from travolook, regarding ticket has been cancelled, and they said you will get refund within 10-15 Working days.
Still date not received refund amount, I’m taking continuous follow-up but they are not answering calls and e-mails.
At the end amount not credit to my account.
