sub.: Complaint against a fraud company HOLIDAY TRIP at Noida. sir, i, shri Tushar Kundu residing at Durgapur here by lodge a complaint against a Tour agent company at Noida named HOLIDAY TRIP address office no. 16, Bhoj Complex, behind Vinayak Hospital, Noida - 201301. tel. no.[protected]. i had made contact with them over telephone, which is displayed in their web site www.holidaytrip.co.in. also i continued my contact through email id [protected]@india.com and received regular mail from them. i had booked my packages for goa trip from 23rd to 27th December, 2013 for 5days and 4nights and made payment of Rs. 45000/- in the name of Holiday Trip vide a/c no.[protected] with ICICI bank. i deposited the money online at City Centre ICICI Bank Branch, Durgapur-713216. after receiving the money they send me a booking details of Ocean Palm Goa hotel forwarded from Booking.com vide booking number[protected] and pin code 2825. on 20th October, 2013, i made a phone call to the hotel and they reply me that they received my bookings from booking.com vide reference no. [protected], but the credit card details provided to them for payment was invalid and due to the same booking got cancelled. as per condition the hotel accommodation with daily breakfast and dinner, sightseeing and retrun trasfer from airport/railway station will be provided by the organisation holiday trip. previously the company made contact with me and i also contact with via email id [protected]@india.com and phone no.[protected] and mobile no. [protected]. but since last 4 days they had not picked up my calls also not respond of my mails. so, after deposit the full money i have lost contact with them. now i am totally helpless regarding this matter. kindly help me from your end, so that i can trace the company details and return my deposit. They are real frauds. I've booked the holiday, they cancelled it and not refunding the amount. Their Female staff are also a part of this fraud

I wish to state that Tushar trips used Fraud and Malepractices with us on the tour packages offered to us .We booked their services and even paid 70% charges on[protected]. They had promised us to give complete Facilities including stay in 5 star hotel, But they cheated us. They did not keep words nor did they pay one our money back. Therefore I want to bring to focus their cheatings. They have registered fake addresses in the bank account as well as the office addresses. Both addresses are registered different. Whenever we call on their contact numbers, they remain dead and invalid. Such kind of fake and fraud firm should be punished on legal and moral ground so that no any other person becomes their victims.
