Sir,

My name is Harsh Punnoose.I am using your portal from the last 6 months for booking my tickets. Last Saturday[protected] I booked one ticket from Calicut to Hyderabad from your portal for my wife(Sunumol) first three times I tried with my State bank debit card for payment but the page is redirected to your payment gateway and nothing happens. Then I tried with my ICICI debit cards and after finish the payment I saw one payment confirm page on my computer monitor, but I didn't get any email notification, so I clicked on the button on that page for email ticket ,but the page redirect to one page with massage "email is not send to , please contact with our customer care'. but I got one SMS from ICICI bank regarding the amount deduction. After that with in seconds I got one call from your customer care (Anitha - Exicutive name,[protected]- Phone number ), and she says your ticket will not confirm because your transaction is not completed, then I say the amount is deducted from my account, then she says some times its happens but your payment is not tracked in our system, so you I will send one mail for paying the amount, then I say I got one sms from bank, then she says that amount will refund to you with in 2 days. Then I got one email from your portal with a link(https://secure.ebs.in/pg/ma/billing/action/view/?PGSID=jpmoleugt852q8hi4ett... then I clicked on that link and follow her instruction and I paid that amount with my ICICI debit card, then the payment is confirmed and I got one ticket confirm mail from your portal and one another email from your payment gateway. Then my wife checked that ticket with bus operators on the time of traveling they says , you are booked two tickets, then immediately I called to your customer care executive, then they says we will check and call back to you, But i didn't get any call from your side, Then I called 3 times to your executive then she says, she will discuss it with her team leader and he call back to you, but I didn't get any call from there. Then evening I called your executive again and one guy says I will check it with our account team and call back to you on Sunday evening, but I didn't get any call.Please check this issue and refund my amount immediately.
