[Resolved]  Travel Guru — I am complaining about cancellation and refund

I had booked a hotel from Travelguru and wish to cancel it. The cancellation window closes on 18th November 2022 (Tomorrow). I have been trying to get in touch with them via mails and calls but all the numbers listed on their website are invalid and there is no response to the mails either. I have already made the complete payment for the hotel booking and if this gets delayed then they wont refund the amount. Tried to login on their website but it doesnt even accept my valid credentials.
